"How many lessons of faith and beauty we should lose, if there were no winter in our year!" --Thomas Wentworth Higginson
It's the second week of the new year, and things are already beginning to pick up! You might feel a little tired from the back to school shopping, or from the restocking of groceries after the Christmas season. Take a break and relax or even learn a new skill in New Hampshire this weekend.

While your sight might be partially impaired, your other senses will have the opportunity to guide you through the dark as you follow along the lake shore in this loop hike.
This program is open to ages 12 and up, who are comfortable hiking 2.7 miles in the dark. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Participants will meet at the Pinehurst Road parking area (not designated, parking is on side of road before private sign) before hiking to the Five Finger Point trail.
